✧ Treat All Members as Allies:
Members of Stellar and its official alliances (even external clans) are considered allies. Support each other and expect the same in return.
✧ Conflict Resolution:
If conflicts arise between alliances:
- Discuss the issue calmly with the involved parties.
- Escalate to me (or leadership) if needed for more help.
If Attacked by a Secondary Ally:
- Contact me and the leader of the attacking clan immediately.
- Retaliation is permitted only if the attackers are known enemies unrelated to your clan.
- Keep me or any other staff here informed to manage discussions with the ally’s leadership.

✧ Support and Cooperation:
- If mutual support and collaboration are successful over time, we may formalize the alliance. This includes support in conflicts or wars.
✧ Handling Misconduct:
If a member from either clan acts aggressively:
- Retaliation is permitted based on the severity of the act.
- Involved members will receive warnings or require discussions with both parties.
✧ Secondary Allies:
Secondary allies outside Stellar are not covered by these guidelines unless directly involved in a query or request.

✧ What Neutral Means:
Clans marked as “Neutral” are in a reconsideration phase. This is a low-trust status that may lead to an alliance or blacklist, depending on their actions.
✧ Neutral Period:
- Clans in the pre-alliance stage are considered pre-official. Avoid initiating or engaging in conflicts with them during this period.
✧ Selective Trust (Individual whitelist):
- Only some members of neutral or enemy clans may be trustworthy. Be cautious and engage primarily with whitelisted individuals.
✧ Behaviour and Interaction:
- Interact cautiously with neutral clans.
- Report any concerning behaviour to me immediately.
✧ Escalation or De-Escalation:
- Neutral status can change based on interactions. Consistent cooperation may lead to an alliance, while negative behaviour may result in distancing or blacklisting.

- Please try to treat the 'Neutral' and 'Pre-Alliance' allies within Stellar with the same respect as official allies. Individuals who may be from non alliedclans are able to contact me still for chance to be whitelisted independently.

- This helps others recognise that your clan is part of the alliance without needing to memorise the entire alliance list, and also prevents any confusion or misunderstanding between your clan and the allies here.
